Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing production flow, shipping accuracy, inventory management, and team performance. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies.
- Clean, package, and prepare parts for shipment—either boxed or palletized securely.
- Cut materials to specified sizes per instructions.
- Operate shop machinery, including:
- Square and circle shears
- Mechanical punch press for sheet metal holes
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Unload trucks and deliveries promptly; sort and stock materials accurately.
- Keep accurate daily logs of material movement and counts.
- Pull, pack, clean, and load parts for customer orders.
- Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish, verbally and in writing.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Track all orders and ensure timely shipment.
- Assign and manage daily tasks for shop employees.
- Order supplies and raw materials for new jobs.
- Monitor employee performance and productivity.
- Maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Bilingual: English and Spanish (Required)
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
- Physical: Must be able to lift 40–60 lbs and stand for an 8-hour shift
- Experience:
- Forklift Certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
