We’re seeking a Part-Time Therapist to join our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)—where you’ll play a vital role in supporting youth facing anxiety, depression, and suicidality.

Responsibilities
💬 What You’ll Do:
Lead and facilitate engaging group therapy sessions for teens and young adults and maintain a small caseload of individual clients
Partner with a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized, holistic care
Support clients and families using evidence-based and trauma-informed practices
Help drive positive outcomes in addressing youth mental health challenges
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Passion for working with teens, young adults, and families
Licensed or qualifying associate licensed therapist in the State of Arizona, including:
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC), or Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (LAMFT).
Demonstrated experience working with neurodivergent youth and young adults (e.g., ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, learning differences).
Experience facilitating group therapy with adolescents and/or young adults.
Active CAQH profile and NPI number for credentialing purposes. (We can help with that if you don't have that yet.)
Preferred Qualifications:
High-acuity clinical experience (IOP/PHP, Residential, Psychiatric Hospital, Crisis Stabilization).
1–2 years of experience working as an adolescent therapist providing individual, family, and group therapy.
Training or experience utilizing relational, experiential, and evidence-based systemic approaches.
Proficiency in administering and interpreting clinical diagnostic and assessment instruments to monitor client progress and treatment outcomes.
