Raised in Iowa, I attended Iowa State University, studying Child and Family Services. After raising our young family in Chandler, we continue to call Arizona home. I am blessed to be with Oasis Senior Advisors helping families with the options to transition to senior living. Helping you overcome those obstacles is my passion. My journey in the senior industry began after personally going through the aging process with my mother. My siblings and I didn't know where to start to get the proper care for my mother. There were so many things that I didn't know and medical terms I didn't understand, and the process became very frustrating. After months of educating myself, I realized there had to be more families going through the same thing my family had dealt with, and there had to be a better process. 

Oasis Senior Advisors is that better process. 

I started in the mortgage industry in 1992, shortly after graduating from University of Hawaii at Hilo.  I was born in the Philippines, but lived most of my life in Hawaii and now reside in Chandler since 1994.  I volunteer at charitable venues throughout the valley like Paz de Cristo Outreach, Feed My Starving Children, Andre House, United Food Bank, and A New Leaf when possible in hopes of helping others in need.

As a Senior Loan Officer, I like to listen to my clients' needs in order to provide options with the right mortgage product and their situation.  I pride myself in providing excellent customer service, walking clients through the loan process and putting their needs first.  I believe in conducting business with transparency and honesty while educating clients with the loan process.  I truly love to help make home ownership possible and can help with a refinance as well.

The mission of our company is to help employers provide the best quality healthcare to their employee at reasonable costs.  We work with the idea that the employee should be able to see his or her doctor with a nominal out of pocket cost and that the doctor will be available virtually or in person as needed.  Our system of direct primary care medical professionals typically saves the business 20 to 30 % of the costs that their group medical plan incurs.  
The emphasis of our plans is to help the employee enjoy a healthy life and become a better employee.  In addiction, our years of experience in this field allows us to build programs that help reduce costs and maintain low premiums.

Chris Rothert assumed the role of area director for Young Life in Chandler, Arizona, in June of 2020. A dedicated follower of Jesus Christ, Chris possesses a profound passion for Young Life’s mission. His unwavering commitment revolves around the transformation of today’s youth and families within the Chandler community. His primary focus is on cultivating positive and fruitful relationships with all schools under the Chandler Unified School District (CUSD), as well as with community members and influential business leaders in Chandler itself.

Chris adopts a faith-centered approach to eliminate barriers from the lives of young individuals, ensuring that Young Life events and camps are accessible to middle school and high school students across the board. His overarching objective is to nurture the leaders of the next generation through mentorship and regular gatherings, all while imparting knowledge about the good news of Jesus Christ.

I have 25 plus years in the banking industry and currently as branch manager of Amtrust Bank, A Division of Flagstar Bank. We set ourselves apart by our relationship banking, working to put our clients in a better financial position. We also believe in giving back to our community by volunteering and giving to outreach programs. If you want a bank where everyone knows your name, come see us. 

Seth has built his reputation on establishing trust, being dependable and efficient.  After spending the last 2 decades in hotel and golf management, he eagerly stepped into the mortgage industry and continues to rely on his strength in both finance and friendships. He’s an avid reader, and always up to date, working diligently to make sure you are treated fairly with speed and accuracy.
Seth is fluent in Spanish, and also knows an out of this world salsa recipe in his spare time, he enjoys quick trips to Northern Arizona with his family. His passions are Muay Thai, hunting, and cheering on his Arizona Cardinals. Grateful for an amazing group of friends and opportunities in his hometown of Chandler, Arizona.
