Event Description:
Women in Leadership currently meets virtually on a monthly basis to meet the needs and enhance the development of women on their professional journey.
During this interactive virtual event, Nicole will share more on the importance of self-awareness and lifelong learning, as key elements in advocating for change and growth, even when change may be uncomfortable. As so much of the change in the past year has been out of our control, how can we reclaim the change we want to pursue in 2021?
She shares: “If we want to live a life of growth, of love, of meaning, it will require risk and vulnerability; those are always the type of risks worth taking.”
Nicole Clifton, now a Chandler resident, is a Phoenix-native writer and speaker, as well as a life-coach with Restoration Counseling. She is a voracious reader, a passionate advocate against injustice, and committed to being a lifelong learner. Her educational background is in psychology and spent 8 years working in higher education as a Resident Director.
Throughout her work in the field of leadership development, she has invested time in learning about many different personality tests & tools, and is passionate about helping individuals, teams, and groups develop into the best versions of themselves.
