This engaging workshop will focus on improving the postures our bodies are put in during the workday both caused by both prolonged sitting and physical labor. Corporate fitness and ergonomics specialist Drew Saenz will educate and coach you through postures and movements that will improve your physical wellbeing and prevent injury/fatigue. You will also walk away with a clear picture of how often you need to stand throughout the day and the movements that help prevent head, neck, and low back pain.
