This event is FREE to attend, but you must register for each class below.

There are four different classes, from Family Yoga to Sacred Sound, to Yoga for Core and Flow!

8:40AM – Warm-Up

8:45 to 9:15AM – Workout

9:15AM – Cool Down

9:20 to 9:30AM – raffle giveaways, juice samples, etc.

SCHEELS opens at 9:30AM
