Event Description:
Jay Day is an annual celebration of Dr Silverman's brother, Jason, who lost his battle with Leukemia. The Silverman family learned the importance of community support during Jason's short life and are pleased to be able to repay this with the 35th Annual Jay Day--and the first in their new home in Chandler.
The Free Dental Day is made available as a helping hand to those in need in the Chandler community. All are welcome on a first-come, first-serve basis--no questions asked. Choose one of our free dental services: (1) Free Exam, X-rays & Cleaning; (2) Free Extraction; (3) Free Filling
