Judy Heumann is an internationally recognized disabilities advocate, was featured in the award-winning documentary “Crip Camp: A Disability Revolution”, TED talks, was one of Time's 100 Women of the Year, is a published author, and hosts her own podcast and YouTube Channel, "The Heumann Perspective".
Judy has been a disabilities advisor to two former presidents and the World Bank, and contributed to the development and implementation of disabilities legislation, including the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, Section 504, the Americans with Disability Act, and the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
On August 3rd, the Chandler Chamber is hosting Judy, to share her inspiring work in changing the lives of individuals living with disabilities.
