The Chandler Chamber Community Awards is a signature celebration honoring the people and organizations who go above and beyond—from innovative businesses driving growth, to educators shaping the next generation, to public servants and community champions who strengthen Chandler every day.

Throughout the evening, we proudly recognize this year’s winners with their moment in the spotlight, celebrating excellence across education, business, public service, and community impact—from Small Business of the Year to the James R. Snedigar Public Service Award and beyond.

The 2026 Community Awards Denim & Diamonds theme invites you to dress anywhere from country-chic to full glam. This Year’s Awards Include:

• Support Staff of the Year: Honoring an outstanding Chandler Unified School District (CUSD) support staff member who plays an essential role in student and school success.
• Educator of the Year: Honoring an outstanding CUSD teacher who inspires students, supports learning, and makes a meaningful impact in and beyond the classroom.
• Administrator of the Year: Honoring an outstanding educator in the Chandler area who demonstrates leadership, vision, and dedication to student success.
• Chandler Red Apple Award: Honoring an outstanding educator in the Chandler area who goes above and beyond to elevate education and inspire students.
• Chandler Chamber Community Foundation Scholarships: Supporting students pursuing higher education at Chandler-Gilbert Community College through $2,500 scholarships funded by the Chandler Chamber Community Foundation and sponsored by Air Products.
• Ambassador of the Year: Honoring a highly-visible Chandler Chamber volunteer who actively supports members, strengthens connections, and represents the Chamber throughout the business community.
• James R. Snedigar Public Service Award: Honoring a member of Chandler public safety who goes above and beyond the call of duty in service to the community.
• Standing Ovation Award: Honoring an innovative business or individual whose creativity and leadership are making a meaningful impact in Chandler.
• Chamber Cup: Honoring a Chandler Chamber member business that has made significant contributions to the Chandler Chamber community through engagement, leadership, and service.
• Community Cup: Honoring a nonprofit or individual who has made outstanding contributions to the Chandler community as a whole.
• Chandler Cup: Honoring a business or organization selected by the Mayor of Chandler for making extraordinary contributions to the city.
• Micro, Small, Medium, & Large Businesses of the Year: Honoring outstanding businesses of all sizes that have provided significant contributions not only to the Chandler Chamber but to the entire Chandler community.
